How our merchandise is licensed
Every author collection is created under a written agreement with the author or rights holder, who confirms they control the merchandising rights and approves each design before it goes on sale. Authors keep ownership of their stories and characters. NORONEL Originals are our own designs.
Reporting a copyright or trademark concern
If you believe something on NORONEL infringes your rights, email our contact page with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:
- the work or trademark you believe is being infringed;
- a link to the product or page, and what part you believe infringes;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly and may remove or pause the listing while we investigate. If a listing is removed, we let the author or partner involved know, and they can send a counter-notice explaining why they believe the material is authorised. We may restore material if the matter is resolved or the claim isn’t pursued.
Repeat infringement
We end partnerships and remove products where infringement is repeated or intentional.
