Production
Most items are produced within 3–5 business days of your order. During holidays and new launches production can take a little longer.
Delivery estimates
- United States: about 3–7 business days after production, usually 6–12 business days from order to door.
- International: usually 2–4 weeks after production, depending on the destination and customs.
Available delivery options, costs and estimates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates aren’t guarantees.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries. If your country is available, you’ll be able to select it at checkout.
Costs, taxes and duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout where it applies. For some international orders, import duties are collected at checkout and shown before you pay; for others, the carrier or customs office may collect duties or fees on delivery.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Some parcels change carrier partway (for example to your local postal service), so tracking can pause for a few days before updating again. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Late or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (international), contact us with your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. It may be possible to fix before production starts. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping may cost extra.
