Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest, and your receipt and tracking arrive by email. A free account lets you save a wishlist and see your orders in one place.
Where does payment happen?
Complete payment in secure checkout, where you can review shipping, tax, and the final total. NORONEL never stores your card details.
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order, usually within 3–5 business days. US delivery then takes about 3–7 business days, and international delivery usually 2–4 weeks. Exact options and estimates are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy.
How do I find my size?
Open a product and check its size guide under the product details, where one is provided. Fit notes for each product appear on its page.
Can I return an item?
Because items are made just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. See our returns policy.
Where is my order?
Your order confirmation email includes tracking and support links when available. Signed-in customers can also see orders placed with their account email on the orders page.
Are author collections official?
Author collections launch only after rights confirmation, signed terms, and creator approval.
Do authors earn from my purchase?
Yes. Products in an author’s collection are linked to their signed agreement, and the author earns their agreed royalty on eligible sales.
